Hello! I’m Nitin Ganeshrao Jadhav, a passionate and dedicated Process Safety Engineer with over 10+ years of experience across the oil & gas, petrochemical, and polyolefins industries.
My mission is simple yet vital — to protect lives, assets, and environments by engineering safer and smarter industrial systems through risk assessment, hazard analysis, and compliance with global safety standards.
🎓 Early Life & Education
Born and raised in Parbhani, Maharashtra, my fascination with science and problem-solving began early. This passion led me to earn a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere, graduating with first-class distinction.
My academic journey was marked by innovation — including a notable final-year project on biodiesel production using microwave technology — which honed my analytical mindset and prepared me for a career in industrial safety.

I began my professional path at Tecnimont India, gaining hands-on experience in:

Later, I joined L&T Chiyoda Ltd., where I expanded my expertise working on high-impact projects with global giants such as Saudi Aramco, SOCAR Polymer, Gazprom, and Indian Oil — contributing to facilities across India, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan.
Now, I’ve returned to Tecnimont India as an Assistant Manager – Process Safety, leading a dynamic team and managing end-to-end safety solutions on major EPC projects.
